ALDI has been named Supermarket of the Year 2023 in Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards, claiming the award for the seventh time (!) and for the fourth consecutive year (!!).
ALDI’s average customer satisfaction score of 95.7% proves that when shopping at ALDI, customers don’t ever have to compromise on quality, affordability and great customer service.
Simon Padovani-Ginies, Group Director, ALDI Australia, said that the award win is a reflection of ALDI’s ongoing commitment to providing Aussie shoppers with high quality products at the lowest possible prices.

The award win comes as ALDI continues to pass on the savings to shoppers, delivering $3.4 billion in savings to Australians in 2023.
